A potential future had an entire public planned out for him where Wally changed his name and settled down in the suburban area . He had a baby named David and a marvelous married woman . This life was comparatively normal until it was revealed that David inherit his father ’s speed . In a spur - of - the - present moment decision , David raced forrad to save a young girl from a belt along car . It seemed that he did n’t justinherit The Flash ’s hurrying , he also inherit his good nature and determination . With the menace that caused the family to move away and change their figure gone , Wally could now protect his crime syndicate in the path he wanted to . At the cost of lose a normal life .
This future tense never come to pass in the final stage , but it showed that Wally West would never be able to pursue a unagitated , quiet life . Even with a sept and a nice house , there would always be something to invoke up chaos and excitement . The Speed Force was part of the Flash ’s familyand would stay on to be for year to amount . Yet , The Flashremained affirmative and would finally get used to this half-baked biography .
