Waller decides to send Defacer out with King Shark while he visits his homeland as a moment of an insurance insurance policy - convince King Shark to come back , and Waller wo n’t blow off her nous .

Defacer is far from an A - list super - villain , which makes her a stark candidate for the Suicide Squad treatment , but she ’s also someone who was trying to leave law - breaking behind , and is cop for a comparatively minor offense then force to risk her life because of it .
