Earlier this month , DC Comics revealed a newfangled serial starring Red Hood , focusing on the previously kill champion leading his own group of resurrected villains . InTask Force Zby Matthew Rosenberg , Eddy Barrows , Eber Ferreira , and Adriano Lucas , Todd will lead the titular team , which include undead versions of Bane , Bolt , Shrike , the Arkham Knight , and Film Freak . The mathematical group of villains were killed during Gotham City ’s A - Day , where an explosion decimated Arkham Asylum , lead to many casualties and injury . Jason Todd keeps his trademark ruddy mask but trades in his usual costume for a bulky armour . Red Hood will bear his own taser baton , along with his own red Batargangs . Additionally , Jason will carry a crowbar , which is fairly twisted given his history with the point . Red Hood has a red , spray - painted letter Z on his shoulder , as well as his ruby-red bat symbolisation on his breast .
