Star Warshas always excelled at create cute creature and aliens . Baby Yoda , otherwise known as Grogu , is probably the most illustrious example , especially because of his family relationship with the Mandalorian Din Djarin , but other small creatures , like the Porgs , Loth - cats , and Puffer Pigs certainly rank up there too .
Now , however , Skeleton Crewhas brought us another adorable alien species to make us smile . Though Neel may expect like he ’s related to everyone ’s favorite harmonium participant , Max Rebo , it ’s been confirmed that Neel is another species entirely , though we do n’t have intercourse exactly what specie that is yet . Nevertheless , Neel is undeniably adorable , and his personality matches his appearance perfectly – even more so than Grogu .

In the installment , the kids land on another hugger-mugger planet , though this one is decidedly less pleasant than theirs . find themselves embroiled in a civil warfare , Neel ’s heart breaks at the violence around him and the excruciation that it ’s stimulate . When the civilian camp offers him nutrient , he freely afford his portion to two athirst tike . It ’s a rare human activity of compassion on this war - torn satellite , and Neel ’s new protagonist , Hayna , is clearly surprised and run by it .

He insure that some kids were thirsty and decided he did n’t demand the food as much as they did . In a galaxy ravaged by state of war and iniquity , that variety of born kindness is extremely rare , and it has made Neel my favorite character inStar warfare : Skeleton Crew .
